Infrastructure 2010: Investment Imperative

City of Charlotte Energy Efficiency Grant Program

The City of Charlotte is due to receive approximately $6.5 million from the Department of Energy for energy projects throughout Charlotte.  The Neighborhood and Business Services department has developed several energy efficiency programs for commercial building owners, apartment complexes and neighborhoods.  In total, we will be receiving $1.85M for these programs.     For more information on these programs, click here
