ULI Daniel Rose Center – Independence Blvd. Report

The 2010-2011 ULI Daniel Rose Center for Public Leadership in Land Use offered a yearlong fellowship to four mayors in the US, including Mayor Anthony Foxx.  Each mayor selected three additional fellows and a coordinator to serve as the Rose Fellowship team for his city.  Each city’s team selected a specific land use challenge on which to receive technical assistance.  Mayor Foxx selected the Independence Blvd. corridor.  Due to the tireless commitment of the fellowship team, input and recommendations were provided.  A formal report of that information is now available. … Read More
