Gill Holland

USGBC NC On September 18, 2015 is holding the Green Gala featuring real estate developer, Gill Holland. He developed the first LEED Platinum building in Louisville in 2007 and believes that we need to strategically preserve our historic buildings and bring them up to the 21st century, instead of tearing them down.

He also believes in neighborhood preservation, and has been the moving force behind re-vitalizing two areas of Louisville – NuLu and Portland. Gill is a dynamic speaker with a fascinating story to tell, and is a ULI member. Gill is also a film and record producer and has produced over 100 films and documentaries, including several that have won awards at Sundance and other well-respected film festivals.
