On November 19, 2015, ULI Charlotte (#ULICLT) hosted more than 200 attendees at the Trends in Real Estate (#ULITrends16) program. Speaker Dean Schwanke of ULI, provided a summary of the national survey results of the Emerging Trends Report, followed by a panel of Charlotte experts: John Harris, Lincoln Harris; Sherrie Chaffin, Trinity Capital Advisors; Lyle Darnall, Edens; and Steve McClure, Spectrum Multifamily.
