The ULI network produced a wealth of resources on building resilience in the face of extreme weather and climate change in 2014. ULI Boston’s Living with Water will go down as one of the most-downloaded reports of the year; ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean tackled climate change in two TAPs for Fort Lauderdale; ULI Europe released a report on extreme weather and property values; resilience shows up as a theme in advisory services panels, case studies, and the 2014 Hines competition.
The policy effort contributed two pieces: an Urban Land article on the future of flood risk mapping and a new report on the insurance industry and climate change.
