ULI Rose Fellowship City Recap

The City of Charlotte hosted a panel of national experts provided by the ULI Rose Center January 11th – 14th. The panel included land use and transportation planners and real estate experts from cities like Sacramento, Denver, New York and Houston. This month’s data are a mixed bag best approached with a healthy dose of perspective. The instances of positive figures are encouraging, but those figures are still not at levels high enough nor extensive enough to point to a vigorous recovery. Charlotte Rose Fellowship City Visit Panel

As previously announced, Mayor Anthony Foxx is leading one of the teams in this year’s Daniel Rose Fellowship for Public Leaders.
