Young Leaders Meet & Greet

On March 31, the Young Leader Group hosted a Meet & Greet at the new Seoul Food Meat Co. on South Church Street.  About 60 individuals attended to hear from owner Tim Chun about the why he chose their location (he was back and forth with Plaza Midwood), and the hoops he had to jump through to get code and permit approval (they had to build the side walk twice due to not meeting code the first time). ULI Charlotte Young Leaders are invited to experience the Movement Center. The May 2 Mobile Workshop will include a tour of the innovative facility and discussion about the history and idea behind this unique redevelopment project.
