Input Opportunity for the Charlotte Gateway Project

Living in Charlotte Survey Now Open

To better understand our community’s preferences for housing, living, working and getting around in the Greater Charlotte Region, we have engaged the Urban Institute to conduct a survey. This data should be valuable to help developers, policymakers and other land use professionals make informed decisions on how to meet the growing needs and preferences of residents. Savona Mill Mobile Workshop Recap

Over 20 ULI Young Leaders recently met at Savona Mill, a 180,000 square foot turn-of-the-century textile mill located in the historic Seversville neighborhood. Project director, Greg Pappanastos, founder and principal of Argos Real Estate Advisors led a tour and answered questions about plans for a truly dynamic transformation of the mill. Following the program, YLs enjoyed networking at Blue Blaze Brewing. The mill’s first tenant, Blue Blaze is situated on Stewart Creek Greenway, a new 1.25 mile addition to the greenway system.
