Emerging Trends Report Released

Is it better to be the tortoise or the hare? The Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2018 report predicts slower but more sustainable growth for the U.S. real estate market, based on 2 percent annual gross domestic product (GDP) growth and 1 percent job growth.
