I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?

Check to see if pre-registration has closed (pre-registration closes 3 days before the event date). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011 to complete registration.

I’d like to attend an event but pre-registration is closed. Can I still go?

Yes, you can register onsite (unless the event is sold-out). Please note that for most events, registration fees increase for late and onsite registration. To check on availability, please call 704.940.7388.

My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?

You can reset your password on the log-in page. If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011.

Why am I not receiving ULI Charlotte emails?

Have you added ULI Charlotte to your “safe senders” list? If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI’s national website. Check your email preferences in your profile to make sure you have not opted out of emails. If your information is up-to-date, please send an email to Charlotte@uli.org.

My email address is correct in my record, but I am still not getting the ULI Charlotte emails.  What next?

If you have a public email account (such as Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo!):

We recommend you add dccustomerservice@uli.org email address to their safe sender list. Additionally, if you find the emails in your Junk Mail box, mark the email as “Not Spam” in your email client. This helps your messages not to be rejected or listed as spam.

If you have a private domain email account:

Most likely your server is blocking our messages. To help the messages pass through their filters to your inbox, contact the server admin, email host/provider or IT support personnel and request them to whitelist icpbounce.com and uli.org sending domains.


My company is a ULI Charlotte Annual Sponsor. What events can I attend and how many free passes does my company have?

Sponsors now receive a credit to use toward ULI Charlotte program registrations. The amount of the credit depends on their level of sponsorship. Please see our Sponsorship Benefits to determine what level your company is and how much total annual credit you receive. To utilize your sponsor comps for events, please send an email to Charlotte@uli.org.

How do I become a member/renew my membership?

I want to get more involved with ULI. Where do I start?

The best way to get involved is to attend our educational programs and networking events. If you are looking to dive deeper, please refer to our get involved page or contact one of our committee chairs for more information. You can also contact someone in the ULI office to discuss which committee might be the best fit for you.
