ULI is now accepting real estate session proposals for the 2022 ULI Fall Meeting

Each year, the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing highlights the efforts of leaders across the country working to expand housing opportunity. The Housing Awards recognize policies and developments that are creating and sustaining attainable housing in their communities.
The Robert C. Larson Housing Policy Award recognizes public-sector led initiatives that are expanding housing attainability. Applicants should be state or local governments implementing policies or programs that preserve or expand attainable housing. New for 2022 is a nomination form for this award—if you know of a great public-sector initiative that is having a meaningful impact on housing attainability, nominate them here.
There is no fee to apply for this award.

Established in 2008 and named in memory of Jack Kemp, former secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, this award honors developments that are expanding attainability for middle-income earners.

Announcing our new award for 2022!
Developments that focus on deeper affordability or preservation deals can apply to the new Terwilliger Center Award for Innovation in Attainable Housing. This award will recognize innovative yet replicable mixed-income and affordable developments that are expanding housing opportunities in their communities.

The 2022 Housing Awards are open to ULI members and nonmembers.
ULI members and ULI staff may submit nominations for the Larson Award.
