A ULI National Advisory Service Panel (ASP) is coming to Asheville on July 28-August 1, 2025.  The ASP is possible through the generous funding from donors to the ULI Foundation.

During the week-long engagement, a volunteer panel of real estate and land use experts will visit the city, meet with local stakeholders, and provide unbiased advice on addressing key issues related to the community’s economic and physical recovery efforts. The panel will analyze data related to the storm’s impacts and provide recovery strategies to strengthen local businesses and ensure long-term economic resilience. Other topics will include resilient design strategies for buildings and public infrastructure, as well as creative funding and financing mechanisms to support local investments. This project is 100% supported by the ULI Foundation through contributions from ULI members, representing a strong embodiment of ULI’s mission and philanthropy in action.
