ULI Charlotte welcomes new members!
March 23, 2021
We’ve all heard the buzz about COVID-19’s impact on the real estate market nationwide. Join a discussion with Charlotte area developers as they reflect on the real estate outlook for our region and the prospect for continued growth. We’ll be exploring pandemic-influenced trends in the office, retail and housing markets, especially those outside of Center City. Gain perspective on how developers are seeing the trends and how to position your community to attract desirable development.
During this session, you will also learn more about our partner, Urban Land Institute (ULI) Charlotte, their events, and programming. This webinar is free but please register in advance to receive a Zoom link in a confirmation email. Contact Lauren Tayara at [email protected] with questions.
