YLG Mobile Workshop - Bowers Fiber Project
February 14, 2018
Come join ULI Young Leaders for a tour and discussion of the Bowers Fiber project. As Lower South End (LoSo) continues to grow as an entertainment district, White Point Partners has carried on the momentum spurred by the likes of Old Mecklenburg Brewery, Queen Park Social and Broken Spoke. White Point Partners bought the 73,500 SF property in 2017 with a vision to bring more restaurant, retail and entertainment to this booming area.
White Point Partners will share the vision they created with the project and the challenges faced with acquisition, conversion and tenanting. Alyssa Wilen, owner of Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen will share where she started with this unique concept, how she decided to transition from South End to LoSo, what she expects from this location and beyond. Greg Gonzalez, the Founder and Chief Technology Officer at SentryOne, will discuss SentryOne’s growth and detail why they choose the Bowers Fiber project for their new headquarters.
The tour will commence at 5:30pm in Building B with the discussion following thereafter.
Registration fee is $25 per person. This is a Members Only event.
