ULI Young Leaders are invited to tour and discuss CAMP North End. Home to a former Ford Model-T assembly plant, and the Hercules Missile plant. The 75-acre property is located just north of Uptown in the city’s Applied Innovation Corridor. Purchased in 2016, ATCO Properties plans to develop as much as 1,500 new apartments, a hotel, 200,000 square feet of shops and restaurants and up to 1.5 million square feet of office space across the site in new construction and significant adaptive re-use of the nearly 1 million sf of existing former industrial space on the site. Recent tenants to sign on at CAMP North End include Hygge Co-working, Junior Achievement of America and Goodyear Arts among others.

Young Leaders will have the opportunity to tour the historic facilities on the site, hear from tenants about why they chose CAMP North End, and participate in a discussion with the property’s developers about the future plans and long-term vision for the property and how they are successfully engaging with the surrounding communities in a fast-changing part of the city.
