YLG Mobile Workshop – Stonewall Station

Participants will get to tour the retail component of the Stonewall Station development while gaining insight from Asana Partners on retail strategy and status updates on the tenant mix. Followed by a tour of the multifamily portion of the Stonewall Station development including model units, 19th floor sky lounge and the 10th floor pool and club room where we’ll have food and beverages sponsored by Whole Foods. Spring Meeting Rewind

Crane Watch 2.0

A takeoff from the Carolinas’ Meeting, we will be featuring the 2.0 version of Crane Watch for our region.  This fast-paced session features interesting, diverse and cutting-edge projects under construction throughout the ULI Charlotte region. The panelists will share mini-case studies of their projects including the development and the lessons learned, photos, site and floor plans and the development timeline, in addition to site, building and financial data.  More information coming soon.
