YL Mobile Workshop #2 – The Shop

Come join ULI Young Leaders for a tour and panel discussion of The Shop, a 40,000 SF adaptive re-use project at I-277 and North Graham Street. The project, which just started construction, is a joint venture between Tribek Properties and LCRE Capital targeting creative office, retail and food/beverage tenants.
