    ULI Charlotte’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Committee will host a March Conversation with a Leader featuring Jami Passer, Chief Investment Officer at EDENS.  

    Jami has over 24 years of extensive real estate experience and is responsible for EDENS’ portfolio of 125 places, capitalized by blue chip investors and valued at $6.5 billion. Throughout her 14-year tenure at EDENS, she has been responsible for the development, redevelopment, acquisition and disposition of more than $12 billion in retail assets across the company’s nine major markets.

    Jami Passer

    Chief Investment Officer, EDENS

    With extensive real estate experience and transactional expertise, as Chief Investment Officer, Jami Passer is responsible for EDENS’ core portfolio, while developing and executing the growth strategy. Throughout her 12 years at EDENS, Jami has been responsible for more than $750 million of transactions. During her time as Managing Director, she was responsible for all development, leasing and acquisition activities in the Florida region, and was instrumental in identifying exceptional acquisition opportunities in South Florida’s high barrier-to-entry market. Prior to joining EDENS, she was a partner and consultant with P3 Partners, a South Florida real estate advisory firm. Previously, she was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Capital Markets Group of Andersen Corporate Finance. Jami received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. She serves on the Steering Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers South Florida Idea Exchange.
