ULI South Carolina is pleased to announce the RESCHEDULE DATES for the 2019 Capital Markets Conference will be Tuesday & Wednesday, November 19 & 20, 2019 at The Sanctuary. Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we worked to reschedule this conference following hurricane Dorian. We were able to retain 100% of our speakers and panelists!

If you are unable to attend on the dates, we will be happy to honor registration transfers within the same company or full registration refunds. Hotel Information
We are happy to report that the November dates come with some cost savings—the new conference rate will be $239.00/night at The Sanctuary and $125.00/night for the one-bedroom villas. These rates will go into effect on Wednesday, September 18. Call 1-877-683-1234, ask for The Sanctuary Hotel or Villa Reservations and reference your group as Urban Land Institute/Annual Capital Markets Conference 2019 to receive the discounted room rate. You must book your hotel by Monday, October 21, 2019 to receive this rate!
General Conference Schedule
The conference will begin with a Networking Lunch at 11:30am on Tuesday, November 19. Sessions on Tuesday will conclude by 5:00pm followed immediately by the Cocktail Reception on the oceanfront lawn at The Sanctuary. Wednesday, November 20 begins with a Networking Breakfast at 8:30am. Sessions begin at 9:00am. The conference will adjourn at noon on Wednesday, November 20.Conference Highlights
