    Please join ULI Young Leaders for a tour and discussion of the fast changing Monroe Road Corridor. We will be walking and talking alongside Jensie Teage with Selwyn Property Group, Paxton Hollar, Darius Oleksy of SunCap Property Group, and Kathy Hill of Monroe Road Advocates who will share the vision that has now come to life in this fast changing area. We will also be hearing from our fellow Young Leader Steve Farmartino with Bohler Engineering who will give us insight on the deal from an engineering and land development perspective.
     
    MoRA Point, named for its location at the gateway to the MoRA neighborhood, includes a 13.6-acre redevelopment with over 60,000 square feet of commercial, and is anchored by a recently opened 22,000 square foot ALDI.
    Q&A, peer networking and refreshments will take place after the tour down the street at Common Market Oakwold.
