The eleventh annual event was held on February 22 – 23 at the Charlotte Convention Center and drew 750+ attendees from across the region.

ULI Charlotte: YLG Mobile Tour - NOVEL LoSo Station
Join fellow Young Leaders and take an exclusive tour of Crescent Communities’ NOVEL LoSo Station - their new 344-unit luxury apartment community within the larger LoSo Station development.
LoSo Station is a 15-acre multi-use development in lower South End. The project includes over 1 million square feet of corporate office space, a 150-key hotel, up to 45,000 square feet of retail, 344 apartment homes and 125 townhomes. NOVEL LoSo Station features two spacious courtyards with a saltwater pool, an abundance of co-working areas with individual offices, a skydeck club with views of the Charlotte skyline, a two-story fitness center, and convenient and direct access to the light rail. Additionally, the development integrates LTH Coffee & Social, a 2,500-square-foot café that will serve as a meeting spot for residents and visitors to come together, enjoy food and beverage offerings, and make connections.
This tour will be led by Ashley Peterson, Director of Development & Liam Torpey, Assistant Project Manager at Crescent Communities.
