Wondering what is going on near Morehead and Freedom Drive? Get an exclusive peek at two adaptive reuse projects in the FreeMoreWest neighborhood, ending the day with a happy hour at Charlotte’s first seltzery, Summit Seltzer.
This walking tour will include Third and Urban’s Lower Tuck, an $80 million, 260,000-square-foot mixed-use project that will transform the existing four-building property into office, showroom and retail space, and Abacus’ Switchyard, a 92,000 SF trophy-quality Class A creative office redevelopment project. NOTE: This is a hard hat tour.
