    Alan Lewis

    The Keith Corporation

    Alan Lewis, Managing Partner of The Keith Corporation’s Industrial Division, has over 32 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and development. Since Alan joined The Keith Corporation in 1992, Alan has actively grown TKC’s industrial build-to-suit, speculative, and industrial park development platform into a nationally recognized brand by developing over 33,000,000 square feet across the United States, Mexico, and Australia. Alan attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. Additionally, Alan is a past-president and board member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), a member of the North Carolina Economic Developers Association (NCEDA), and a licensed broker in the States of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Outside of The Keith Corporation, Alan is an elder at Myers Park Presbyterian Church and has supported and served on the Board of Directors of numerous charitable organizations. Most recently, Alan has supported organizations dealing with homelessness, mental health, Alzheimer’s, and a trade school and orphan mission in Bududa, Uganda.

    Managing Director, Cushman & Wakefield

    Matt is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Services Team which provides a wide range of real estate services to tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. Matt is a trusted partner to his clients and is well versed in all aspects of industrial real estate with a specialty in delivering integrated real estate solutions to corporate occupiers and institutional landlords. Matt has over eight years of industrial brokerage experience and has completed more than 450 industrial lease and sales transactions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt was a Vice President with JLL, a financial analyst with Cogdell Spencer Erdman, a Healthcare REIT who was acquired by Ventas, and a financial analyst with Bank of America’s corporate real estate team. Before beginning his career in real estate, Matt was in sales for one of the largest CPG companies in the world.

    Todd Summerfield

    Vice President, Market Officer, Prologis

    Todd Summerfield is a Vice President, Market Officer for Prologis leading a team responsible for the overall operations of a 12.5 million square foot industrial portfolio situated in Charlotte, Raleigh, & Greenville, SC. Prior to joining Prologis in 2020 as a Leasing Officer in Baltimore/DC, Todd spent 20 years working for private and publicly traded real estate firms, including nearly 13 years at Liberty Property Trust, where he has been successful in developing and leasing substantial office, flex, and industrial portfolios. Throughout his career, Todd has been involved in the development and redevelopment of over 2 million square feet in the Charlotte, Greater Baltimore-Washington, & Fort Myers, FL markets. Todd holds a BA in Business Administration from Roanoke College, a MS in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University & has occupied Board positions for NAIOP Maryland, NAIOP Charlotte, and the Baltimore Community ToolBank.

    Senior Director - Industrial Development, Greystar

    Tanner Hicklin leads Greystar’s Carolinas (+Savannah) Industrial Development team, where they have several active projects and continue to look to expand their growing presence. Prior to Greystar, Tanner was most recently with Prologis for 9 years with various responsibilities including leasing, capital deployment, and general market oversight for Nashville, Memphis, Atlanta and Minneapolis.
