    Chuck DiRocco

    Director, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP

    Chuck DiRocco is currently the Director of Real Estate Research at PwC and is based in Washington, DC, where his focus is on Emerging Trends in Real Estate covering the U.S., Europe, and Asia. In addition, he is an author and manager of various internal and external articles and data analyses on economics and commercial real estate. He also continues to be an industry speaker, providing numerous presentations for media and at conferences, webinars, and seminars. Mr. DiRocco has over 20 years of experience in the public and private real estate industry. Before working with PwC, Mr. DiRocco was the Managing Director of Client Services and Thought Leadership for Ankura. Mr. DiRocco's role there revolved around client relationships with private institutional equity and direct lending clientele, including global investment banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and various asset lenders and owners. Before Ankura, he served as the Director of Research at Altus Group. He created and produced The Real Confidence Executive Survey, Young Professional Survey, The University Challenge, and The Yardstick. In addition, Mr. DiRocco was the Vice President of Research for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). Mr. DiRocco's education includes a B.S. degree in Finance and an M.B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University with a concentration in Finance and investments. Also, he is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, a Homer Hoyt Fellow, a Counselor of Real Estate, a Certified Commercial Investment Member, and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

    Tracy Dodson

    Chief Operating Officer & Head of Economic Development, Charlotte Regional Business Alliance

    In her dual roles of assistant city manager and economic development director, Tracy Dodson guides the City of Charlotte in developing a vibrant new regional economic ecosystem. She utilizes her proven business insights and strategies to champion the city’s economic expansion, workforce development and upward mobility initiatives. Under Dodson’s guidance, the city continues to successfully leverage strong business relationships on the local, county, regional and state levels. The attraction and retention efforts led by Dodson have resulted in game-changing economic development wins, including Honeywell, a fortune 100 company, moving its headquarters, as well as expansions by LendingTree, AvidXchange and Lowe’s, all bringing thousands of new jobs to Charlotte. Dodson has more than 20 years of economic development and real estate experience across North and South Carolina. Prior to her work with the City of Charlotte, she was a senior vice president for brokerage and development at Lincoln-Harris, and from 2009 to 2013, she served as director of economic development for Charlotte Center City Partners. Dodson earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds a master's in real estate and urban development from Harvard University.

    Managing Partner, Office Leasing, Trinity Partners

    Rhea Greene is Managing Partner at Trinity Partners, driving strategic growth and market leadership in Charlotte’s thriving commercial real estate scene. Joining Trinity Partners in 2008 as an Associate, Rhea quickly rose to become a top producer, demonstrating her exceptional talent and dedication. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Office Leasing, honing her expertise in the Charlotte market. With a deep understanding of the Southeast’s commercial real estate landscape, Rhea guides Trinity Partners’ long-term strategic direction, identifying growth opportunities and navigating the region’s rapid evolution. She oversees a prestigious portfolio of Charlotte’s landmark assets, including One South, Carillon, Toringdon Office Park, Camp North End, and LakePointe 3 and 5, and has cultivated strong relationships with respected institutional owners like AIG, KBS, Starwood, Atlanta Property Group, ATCO, and Shorenstein. Rhea is known for her hands-on approach, working closely with her team and clients on all aspects of listing management, from marketing and broker engagement to strategic development and lease negotiations. Her creative, entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with her tenacious negotiation skills, has earned her the respect of industry peers, clients, and investors alike. She fosters a collaborative culture at Trinity Partners, leading by example and inspiring her team to achieve exceptional results. A graduate of Wofford College with a BA in Intercultural Studies in Business, Rhea was a four-year NCAA Division I volleyball player and two-year team captain, demonstrating her competitive spirit and leadership abilities. Prior to Trinity Partners, she gained valuable experience at Lauth Property Group, focusing on office and industrial development across the Southeast. Outside of her professional life, Rhea is a dedicated mother of four, actively involved in coaching her children’s athletic teams. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her close-knit family who relocated to Charlotte from Cleveland. As an Enneagram Seven, she brings enthusiasm and a wealth of innovative ideas to everything she does.

    Emanuel Neuman

    Co-Founder, Spandrel Development Partners, LLC

    Emanuel D. Neuman is the Co-Founder of Spandrel Development Partners, LLC, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, capital markets, deal structuring, and strategic growth initiatives. Under his leadership, Spandrel has become a recognized force in real estate development, with a track record of transformative projects across key U.S. markets. With over two decades of experience spanning real estate investment, capital management, and private and public equity investing, Emanuel has been instrumental in structuring and executing more than $4 billion in investments. His expertise in debt and equity financing, risk management, and asset repositioning has helped drive the firm’s expansion and long-term value creation. Before co-founding Spandrel in 2013, Emanuel was Co-Portfolio Manager at Unterberg Capital LLC, where he led investment strategies for a long-only equity fund recognized by Bloomberg as a “Top Performer” in 2010. Earlier in his career, Emanuel served as Vice President in Investment Banking, leading capital markets transactions, M&A advisory, and strategic investments. He also held the role of Vice President of Global Investments at FN Holdings in Moscow, Russia, overseeing multi-division initiatives while structuring international private equity investments. Emanuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babson College and serves as a Board Member of Medalist Diversified REIT (MDRR).
