The eleventh annual event was held on February 22 – 23 at the Charlotte Convention Center and drew 750+ attendees from across the region.

ULI Charlotte: YLG Mobile Workshop - Atherton Mill
A tour, led by EDENS Managing Director Lyle Darnall, will feature the historic Atherton Mill building project overview, followed by a walk through the new development to check out retail spaces and multifamily component. Check out some of the newest sections of Rail Trail that was constructed as part of the project, as well as restoration of historic Trolley Barn (formerly Atherton Market).
