    Adam Ducker

    CEO, REE, RCLCO

    Adam Ducker is Chief Executive Officer of RCLCO and oversees the firm’s Real Estate Economics and Management Consulting practices. Adam joined RCLCO in the mid-1990s as an associate directly after graduate school and learned the trade with the firm. He is a recognized expert in planning for organizational growth and talent management, capital strategy, investment analysis, market and financial analysis, and marketing of real estate assets. He has particular depth of expertise in high-density housing, retail/entertainment, and hotel/resort development.

    Shannon Boling

    Land Management, David Weekley Homes

    Shannon Boling is a Land Acquisition Manager at David Weekley Homes, where he’s been an integral part of the division since 2003. With over 21 years of experience in acquisitions, due diligence, market analysis, entitlements/permitting, development, and HOA management he has played a key role in building up land team here in Charlotte. Originally from Winston Salem, Shannon moved to Charlotte in 2000 and joined Weekley three years later. Since then, he’s been focused on helping the Charlotte Division navigate the constant change with the local real estate market. His years of experience have made him a go-to leader in the organization’s land department, and he’s played a key role in developing the division’s land strategy. Shannon holds a BSBA in Finance from East Carolina University. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Carrie, and their kids, Colin (16), Finley (14), and Claire (11).

    Kyle diPretoro

    Founder, DP Development

    Kyle diPretoro is the Founder of DP Development and is responsible for leading the company’s strategic vision in addition to leading its entitlement and development operations. Prior to forming DP Development in October 2020, Kyle served as the President of CapRock Construction, the general contracting affiliate of CapRock, an opportunistic development firm located in Charlotte with projects located throughout the Carolinas. As President, Kyle was responsible for overseeing the company’s long-term strategic planning, establishing direction for the project management team, managing day-to-day activities to ensure projects were delivered on-time and on-budget, communicating with key stakeholders including ownership and external equity partners, and identifying and mitigating risks through implementation of improved quality controls. During Kyle’s tenure, CapRock Construction’s portfolio grew to over $150,000,000 in value and included senior living (assisted and independent), multifamily, townhomes, lot development, and retail. Kyle also served as the Vice President of Development for CapRock before assuming his role as President of CapRock Construction. As Vice President of Development, Kyle’s primary focus was For-Sale communities in the Greater Charlotte MSA. Kyle began his career in the finance industry, consulting for various companies including Bank of America and Wells Fargo. Most often focused on large risk mitigation projects, Kyle credits his time in banking for honing his project management skills and his ability to effectively communicate and solve complicated issues with broad and diverse teams. Kyle is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and maintains an active real estate license in North Carolina.

    VP of Development, Fitch Irick

    Anderea Gonzalez is the Vice President of Development at Fitch Irick Corporation a firm based in Charlotte, NC that specializes in developing, acquiring, and managing affordable housing throughout the Southeast. Anderea provides leadership and oversite to the entire real estate development cycle, from inception to disposition. For over a decade, Anderea has been involved in the development and rehabilitation of over 5,000 affordable housing units across the Southeast, including GA, NC, SC and VA, representing roughly $500 million in managed developments.

    Megan Ledbetter

    Regional VP of Acquisition, Entitlement & Development, Taylor Morrison

    Megan Ledbetter is the Regional VP in the Carolinas of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation’s Build-To-Rent (“BTR”) Segment. Taylor Morrison is a leading national homebuilder and developer based in Scottsdale, Arizona with 19 geographic divisions across the country. Since 2019, Taylor Morrison has partnered with multi-family disrupter Christopher Todd Communities to bring a new type of single-family residential community called “horizontal apartments” or “hybrid housing” to markets where Taylor Morrison currently does business. This new and underserved segment has been wildly successful attracting residents who yearn for something better than traditional multi-story apartments but are either not ready for traditional home ownership or declare themselves “renters by choice”. Announced Taylor Morrison BTR markets include Phoenix, Dallas/Fort Worth, Tampa/Sarasota, Orlando and Charlotte with additional expansion markets planned for 2021 and beyond. Ms. Ledbetter has over 17 years of strategic land planning and development experience both on the public and private sector in the Carolinas where most recently she led site selection, entitlements and development for multiple multi-family and grocery anchored developers across the southeast. Her career span on both the public/private sector brings all facets of land development from site selection, due diligence, entitlements through construction phase and final certificate occupancy to the Build-to-Rent platform. Since joining Taylor Morrison in October 2020, Megan’s focus lies in acquisition and development of the Build-to-Rent platform throughout the Carolinas. Taylor Morrison prides itself in creating trustworthy relationships with both its internal and external customers. For six consecutive years, the company has been named America’s Most Trusted Home Builder by Lifestory Research, and a Top 100 Best Places to Work by Glassdoor. Megan holds a holds a BS in Geography with a concentration in Planning and Development from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, and a MPPA from Northwestern University.
