2024 Carolinas Meeting Recap
The eleventh annual event was held on February 22 – 23 at the Charlotte Convention Center and drew 750+ attendees from across the region.

ULI Charlotte: Project Preview - Commonwealth - SOLD OUT
Hosted by the NEXT* Committee, join your peers this September for an exclusive preview of one of the most talked about projects in Charlotte. Commonwealth is a mixed-use development that will deliver retailers, restaurants, residences, a boutique hotel, and over 400,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space in the heart of Plaza Midwood.
Representatives from Crosland Southeast, BB+M Architecture, LandDesign, Choate Construction, and City Council will give members an inside look on Phase 1 of the project and discuss how the development will retain the unique identity of the neighborhood.
After the program, members are welcome to gather at Giddy Goat (upstairs) for happy hour. Drinks will be on own.
This is a ULI member only event.
Note: The event will be held at an active construction site. Proper footwear is required.
