Technical Assistance Panel Visits Waxhaw

Led by Dave Malcolm, McAdams, ULI Charlotte volunteers spent a day-and-a-half in the Town of Waxhaw for a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP).  After meeting with stakeholders and town staff and a work session, the panelists provided their initial findings, to be delivered in a final report later this year.  A special thanks to our panelists that joined Dave on this program:  Jessica Rossi, Kimley-Horn; Zac Gordon, City of Kannapolis; Dennis Richter, Richter Development; Nicole Frambach, Ryan Homes; and Ashley Bonawitz, Stantec.
