The WLI Mentorship Program 2024 Applications are now open.

The WLI Mentorship Program is designed to connect young women members with established real estate professionals and provide the opportunity to get to know future women leaders in the industry. It aims to provide opportunities for participants and mentors to grow by sharing their knowledge and experiences in an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust, and respect.

The program creates opportunities for participants and mentors to grow by sharing their knowledge and experiences in an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust, and respect. This is a great opportunity to learn from your peers and leaders in the industry and enhance your professional and personal network.

Prospective Mentees

The program provides a year-long opportunity to share and discuss issues facing real estate professionals in a small format. 1 or 2 Mentors will lead groups and have 2-3 Mentees (depending on number of participants). Groups meet on a bi-monthly basis.

To be considered for participation, please make sure to 1) update your ULI member profile with your biography and profile information before 2) submit your statement of interest for the program in the Navigator application.

Cost of participation by mentee: $125 per year, upon selection to the program.

Prospective Mentors

This is a great opportunity to help elevate other women in the industry. Mentors will be responsible for meeting with their designated Mentees (2-3, depending on number of participants) on a bi-monthly basis. The WLI Committee plans a kickoff event and end-of-program event for Mentors/Mentees to help connect all participants in the program.
