Embedding Sustainability in Real Estate Transactions
Learn how to incorporate the value of sustainability in transactions,
ULI Charlotte is hosting the Hip Hop Architecture Camp® on August 5-9, 2019 for middle school students. The camp is designed to introduce under represented youth to architecture, urban planning, creative place making and economic development through the lens of hip hop culture. The Camp is based on the “4C’s”: Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, and Critical Thinking.
During the camp, the students create unique visions for their communities which include the creation of physical models, digital models and the creation of a Hip Hop Architecture track and music video summarizing their designs. Click here for the general video and the story behind the program.
In August, up to 40 students will attend and we need your help to make this a successful program. If you are interested, we are looking for professionals that can connect with students. Here are some details:
