During this ULI Charlotte YLG Mobile Workshop, Mark Nicholls, head of real estate for Bank of America, will speak about the importance of 1 Bank of America Center to the bank’s portfolio, as well as the importance of sustainable building practices to the bank’s mission. From there, we will have a three-member panel including Bank of America construction project manager John Sell, Perkins+Will architect David Gieser, and Lincoln Harris development consultant Trey Dempsey.  These panelists will discuss unique sustainable components of the project, hurdles with the city, entitlements, project design, and more. We will then open up to a Q&A, followed by a walking tour of the Urban Garden and lobby area of the building.
