Join fellow ULI Charlotte Young Leaders for discussion on the redevelopment of the Double Oaks along the Statesville Avenue Corridor. The workshop will include a discussion lead by the developer, Lee Cochran of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Housing Partnership as well as a question and answer session, followed by a tour of the completed project.

Topics will include:

• Project History (2 re-zonings + a 3rd anticipated), Acquisition Process, and the Relocation of Existing Tenets
• Development Status (3 Apartment Complexes: 2 Complete, near completion) with 216 Units
• Financing of Development
• Vision for the Future Development
