Join us for a “hands on” and behind-the-scenes tour of this dynamic development of Charlotte’s very own NASCAR Hall of Fame Museum. Our lineup of speakers will share the inside track on this successful private/public joint development that is sure to add to Charlotte’s growing tourism base.
Winston Kelley, Executive Director for the Hall of Fame will give an introduction with a brief history of the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Ron Kimble, Deputy City Manager will provide the public perspective and discuss the economic impact of the Museum, while Jim Schumacher with the City of Charlotte will discuss the unique constraints, challenges and rewards of a large scale urban construction project.
