We are delighted that ULI has successfully launched our new and improved online member management system (MMS). This system, which was delivered on time and under budget, will serve as our central platform for all member engagement activities and financial transactions, delivering a vastly enhanced member experience.
Our improved MMS will provide a steady stream of web-based member facing value. This includes more streamlined event registrations, more robust member profile features, and a redesigned member directory. We encourage you to fill out your member profile in full so you can experience these features for yourself. The upgraded version will enable important new functionalities such as group registration, committee management, automatic dues renewal, corporate roster management, and an improved executive dashboard.
We are excited about the enhanced capabilities of the upgraded MMS, but what we have accomplished is only the beginning of further improvements. Over the coming months, we plan to focus our efforts on refining and fine-tuning the platform so we can continue with the ongoing delivery of digital products and services that boost member recruitment, retention, engagement, and opportunities for leadership.
