Effective January 1, 2019, Philip Payne of Ginkgo Residential will become the ULI Charlotte Chair, following Debra Campbell’s recent resignation due to a job change and relocation to Asheville, NC.

After discussing candidates, the Governance Committee nominated Philip Payne as the new ULI Charlotte Chair. The Committee believes Philip’s perspective will offer a unique opportunity for growth of the District Council. Ed Walter, ULI Interim Americas CEO and by Jack Chandler, ULI Americas Chairman, confirmed the nomination.
