Some of the great quotes of the event include:
- “I am going to try to not say millennials today”
- “Money makes the dirt turn and the cranes swing.”
- “What will cause recession? Global event, Fed tightening rates too early. What else?”
- “How is Charlotte perceived by investors? Very diverse market, intermodal, banking institutions, continued in-migration.”
- “Entertainment retail – becoming more attractive than years prior.”
- “Mild recession or no growth in 2018? Who knows?”
- “35 is the new 25. They are getting married later and value mobility.”
