Rob Cochran Turns Over the Reins 

In appreciation and recognition of Rob Cochran’s strategic guidance and leadership as ULI Charlotte Chair, a year-end luncheon was held at Wells Fargo in May.  The ULI Charlotte Advisory Board and many of the past ULI Chairs were there to celebrate his service.  During Rob’s two years as Chair, our District Council has grown with over 730 members, increased support from sponsors, programming at the local and regional level tackling such topics as economic opportunity, affordable housing, and creative placemaking (to name a few), and the highest level of participation by our volunteers.
