UNCC to offer six full scholarships for Masters of Science in Real Estate Program

Starting in 2013, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte will offer six full scholarships for students in the Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program. Each scholarship, worth over $20,000, are named after leaders in the real estate industry:
- Bissell Scholarships – after H.C. “Smoky” Bissell, will be awarded to those students focused on innovation
- Crosland Scholarships – after John Crosland Jr., will be awarded to those students who have established leadership qualities early in their career
- Childress Klein Scholarships – awarded to those students dedicated to community stewardship
The MSRE is a full time program that holds classes in the evening at UNCC Center City and helps those looking to find positions in development, underwriting, brokerage, property management, acquisition, and financial analysis.
