Regional Partnership Forum: Value and Opportunity for Young Leaders
June 12, 2014
ULI Young Leaders from Charlotte, South Carolina and Triangle District Councils convened for the first event in the 2014 Regional Partnership Forum (rPF) series on Monday, June 9.
Participants kicked off the day with a guided walking tour of revitalized downtown Greenville. Following the tour and a market overview presentation, working groups were formed to provide recommendations addressing land use, redevelopment potential and adaptive reuse for the former Greenville News Site. ULI Charlotte Young Leaders are talking:
“From a local government perspective, it was valuable to hear the thought and strategy behind private entity decision making.”
“The rPF event in Greenville was an excellent opportunity for real estate professionals’ two favorite pastimes: touring real estate and networking.”
“I’m a huge fan – the Regional Partnership Forum is one of the best ULI experiences I’ve had!”
“Professional development opportunities like this are why I joined and participate in ULI.”
ULI Charlotte offers a local Partnership Forum program as well. This program was developed in the spirit of ULI’s Purpose: “to make better executives through education and idea exchange.” Click here to learn more about Partnership Forums. Applications are being accepted now.
