On February 4th at the Westin Charlotte, ULI Charlotte discussed how development and communities can be sustainable and profitable at the same time;, turning theory into action by learning about projects that have discovered greater payoffs for going sustainable (e.g. gaining a competitive edge, obtaining financing and creating new partnerships).
