ULI Charlotte: Fall Meeting Rewind
Bringing it home. The Fall Meeting Rewind features highlights from the 2019 ULI Fall Meeting in Washington, D.C.
September 23, 2019
Open to ULI Members Only. Join ULI at CAMP North End for a panel discussion on how experiential retail, specifically breweries, are transforming commercial real estate. Once viewed as higher risk tenants, breweries are now highly coveted in commercial projects to create a sense of place and bring energy to mixed-use projects. The panel will focus on the role breweries have played in recent projects, the continued growth of the industry in Charlotte, and ultimately ask the question if breweries will soon become an asset class of their own.
We will hear from Damon Hemmerdinger, Co-President, ATCO ,who will share his perspective on the important role breweries have played in Shorenstein’s projects and Free Range Brewing, sharing perspective on the brewery industry’s growth. Adam Williams of Legacy Real Estate will also be joining the panel to share how breweries, restaurants, and retail as a whole can be the catalyst for a successful mixed-use project.
Registration and networking at The Boiler Yard at CAMP North End will begin at 4:00 pm; panel discussion will start promptly at 4:30 pm. A time of Q&A, networking, and refreshments will take place after the panel.
