Our ULI Charlotte Etkin Scholars had an inspiring tour of The Pearl, Charlotte’s first innovation district and a growing hub for research, education, entrepreneurship, and life sciences. We also discussed the rising impact of life sciences in commercial real estate and what this means for our region’s future.
