- How do we do it all? Many thanks to our sponsors that support the many initiatives and program. The 2010 campaign is beginning and information is available by clicking here.
- Sustainability and Housing Initiative committees continue to investigate manners in which we can address these initiatives specifically in our area.
- Sustainability – a number of programs are being considered to look at the trade-offs in decisions made by the private and public side in developments
- Housing – A glossary of Affordable Housing Terms is being published in October. This will be available on the ULI Charlotte website soon. The committee is also planning a ½ day program called Urban Marketplace, a program that offers a trade show, roundtable discussion and general session speakers discussing workforce and affordable housing in our region.
