Open to Women ULI Members Only. A third in a series, the Women’s Leadership Initiative is unwinding the facets of a real estate deal. This luncheon will touch on the basics of structuring an affordable housing deal. There are numerous talks in our community currently about affordable housing and how to address our need in Charlotte. Through this session gain a better understanding of the time and structure of an affordable housing project, the community outreach efforts utilized during the development process and grassroots efforts to help individuals find housing that meets their needs and income.
