March 12, 2015
As part of the Emerging Leaders Program, Alysia Osborne, City of Charlotte, and Charlie Rulick, Miller-Valentine Group, were selected, with 14 others throughout the world, to participate in the Council/District Council Exchange at the 2015 ULI Spring Meeting in Houston. Rulick stated, “I’m thrilled and honored to have been selected. This is truly unique opportunity to build valuable relationships with industry leaders.” This is the fourth annual District & National Council/Product Council Exchange Program designed to match the interests of Emerging Leaders (member between 35 and 45) with the interests of the Product Councils and to engage Emerging Leaders with outstanding real estate experience and long term leadership potential.
“This is a great opportunity to continue my commitment to the growth and development within the organization and to have direct access to some of the best and brightest minds in the real estate industry,” stated Osborne. We are fortunate to have successful Emerging leaders in ULI Charlotte and are proud about their participation in this unique program.
