NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS – Local Councils are a great way to dive deeper into ULI.  The CLT Initiatives Council (CIC) mission is to engage each member on substantive public policy and regulatory discussions that affect each of us individually and our industry more broadly. We structure the content to facilitate the building of a knowledge base by informing, discussing, and actively providing input. The key to success of the Council is rich dialogue among experts in the real estate industry.

Over the past year, we discussed, in detail, the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), Strategic Mobility Plan and Transportation Review Plan (TRP).

Future topics of consideration include Economic Development Update | Mecklenburg Parks & Rec Master Plan | Area Planning | Corridors of Opportunity | ETOD/Silver Line

Other topics and discussions will continue to evolve. CIC members may introduce new concepts or programs for discussions.

CLT Initiatives Council appointments will be determined by July 15, 2023, for one year. Council fees are $275 per year and open to members only.
