Bring your lunch and join the conversation around affordable housing. As we are all busy women, we recommend participants read an article by The New Yorker titled Forced Out. “Today, the majority of poor renting families spend more than half their income on housing, and millions of Americans are evicted every year.” This story will touch on serious challenges in our community around housing and the growth of Charlotte. Join ULI Women members as we discuss what is happening in Charlotte and where the options may be for our community.
