On April 21st at Knight Theatre, the ULI Charlotte YLG hosted an exciting and informative discussion with two pioneers of Charlotte real estate: H.C. “Smoky” Bissell, Chairman of The Bissell Companies and Bailey Patrick, Jr., of K&L Gates.

These pioneers shared with us their experiences through multiple real estate cycles. Chris William of Wachovia Securities and the Carolina Business Review facilitated.
