At this member only mobile tour, Beacon Partner’s Erin Shaw (Managing Director – Investments) & Claire Shealy (Associate – Office) will give us an inside look at The Station at LoSo, a 15-acre mixed-use development situated directly across from the LYNX light rail Scaleybark Station. The project includes two recently completed five-story office buildings with ground floor retail (Station 3 & 4) totaling 200,000 square feet, 350 multi-family units, a shared 1,000 car parking deck and bike/scooter storage, and it is within walking distance of the Rail Trail and LoSo Village, Beacon’s adaptive reuse retail development consisting of five properties totaling +50,000 square feet.
