Exclusively for Young Leaders: Take an inside look at Atrium Health’s new Carolinas Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Atrium’s first phase of modernizing the Carolinas Medical Center Campus.
The 5-story Carolinas Rehabilitation Replacement Facility, being built by DPR Construction, along with Rodgers Builders, is 152,204-sq.-ft and includes 70 private patient rooms, a 9,300-sq.-ft. outpatient clinic, an outdoor therapy challenge garden, an aquatic therapy program, and a center for independent living. The new facility will be a one-of-a-kind regional rehabilitation hospital, designed with the latest state-of-the-art technology and programs to better serve patients and the surrounding communities.
