ULI Charlotte was engaged by the City of Charlotte Planning Department to conduct a virtual Technical Assistance Panel on June 2-3, 2021.
The ULI panel was asked to address the following questions:
The TAP will interview community members, city council and staff, and developers to come up with a set of recommendations. ULI Charlotte is a District Council of the Urban Land Institute. As a nonpartisan organization, ULI has long been recognized as one of America’s most respected and widely quoted sources of objective information on urban planning, growth and development.

Following a day and half of briefing from the City, key stakeholders from the development and neighborhood groups, the Panel presented summary recommendations.
